While doing some test tournament at a fast mps (20sec/40moves) time control, I noticed that SlowChessClassic 1.9
is somehow buggy for this tc. It uses already above 75% of available time for the first three moves after book/start position end.
This was under CuteChess and installed as xboard engine! I haven't tested it as UCI yet, quite possible it doesn't understand
base time below one minute, IIRC that was a limitation of older versions of the protocol?
